These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cook'n Recipe Capture Plugin Chrome extension ("the Extension"). By installing or using the Extension, you agree to these Terms.
Cook'n Recipe Capture Plugin is a free Chrome browser extension that captures recipe data from web pages and sends it to the Cook'n recipe organizer software installed on your computer. The Extension extracts recipe information — including title, ingredients, instructions, photos, and nutrition data — and imports it directly into your Cook'n cookbook.
This Extension requires the Cook'n recipe organizer software to be separately purchased, installed, and running on your computer. The Extension is a companion tool and does not function without Cook'n software. Cook'n software is a product of DVO Enterprises and is subject to DVO Enterprises' own terms of service, licensing agreements, and pricing.
By downloading, installing, or using the Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Extension.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

Cook'n is a trademark of DVO Enterprises. This Extension is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by DVO Enterprises or Cook'n. References to Cook'n are solely for the purpose of describing compatibility with Cook'n software.
The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

The Extension interacts with third-party recipe websites and with Cook'n software. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party website, nor for the operation or availability of Cook'n software. Your use of Cook'n software is subject to DVO Enterprises' own terms of service.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Extension at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
